CORRECTED: Lil' Kiwi for a Lil' Kiwi

Thanks to craftyshanna for the help with the corrections!

The following is the completely (hopefully) corrected version of the pattern.

lil’ kiwi for a lil’ kiwi

This lil’ kiwi bird was made for the birth of a lil’ Kiwi.  My friend’s sister in New Zealand is expecting the birth of her first child, and I wanted to make something special for the kid.  However, she opted to not determine the sex of the baby (which is totally frustrating when looking / making gifts)!   I was then inspired to make that lil’ Kiwi something unique to his/her homeland – a lil’ kiwi bird.  I couldn’t find any patterns online, so I figured I would make one of my own.  Enjoy!
